This is impacting on businesses and consumers alike, but where is it leading us? How should we position ourselves to ride this particular wave?

I’m afraid that, due to an issue with the audio, we won’t be able to post a recording of this Hangout. Sincere apologies, it was another amazing show and we really wish we could have shared it with you.
